Paula DaSilva Brings Her Talents Back to Miami at the Now Open Artisan Beach House

Earlier this month Artisan Beach House quietly made its debut in The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour at 10295 Collins Avenue. This marks the first Miami restaurant led by executive chef Paula DaSilva since her days at the acclaimed, yet now shuttered, 1500 Degrees.

For this new restaurant, DaSilva teamed up once again with “restaurant/nightlife impresario” Seth Greenberg, who she worked with at 1500 Degrees along with chef de cuisine Tony Coddington who part of the 1500 Degrees team with DaSilva.

The menu is described as “global” with a sense of “approachability” featuring a variety of small and larger dishes. On the smaller side expect items like duck pate, crispy pork belly and salt fish croquetas. On the larger end plates like braised short rib, paella with duck confit, and Japanese wagyu all make an appearance on the menu. There is also an extensive craft cocktail menu, plus daily happy from 4 to 6 p.m.

The space itself features expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean and Haulover Cut, with an interior that keeps with the coastal feel with light colors and simple design. Artisan Beach House is now open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Call 305-455-5460 for more info.
