“Rosé all day.” If you haven’t heard these three words uttered at brunch, you haven’t lived. Driftwood Room at Nautilus South Beach has taken that brunch battle cry to heart with a bottomless Sunday funday meal, and we’ve got all the details.
At Nautilus, Sunday brunch is a $55 all-you-can-eat feast that includes all the essentials: charcuterie, cheese, chicken and waffles, breakfast meats, lechon, paella, [insert brunch item here] … Yup, it’s a lot of food. While there is an a la carte brunch menu — and you should order the monkey bread French toast and Cuban Benedict if you opt for it — the buffet spread is far too hard to resist.
So where does the rosé fit in? For an additional $25, you can drink all the La Villa Barton Rosé you want (challenge accepted). If you happen to drink a little too much, the restaurant has partnered with uber to offer diners a $10 credit for the ride home.
