Through Chef Mendin’s ability to efficaciously intermix a diverse collection of culture, cuisine and modern techniques in his cooking; he has expanded the Pubbelly Boys Group from a boutique restaurant in the Sunset Harbour, to nine extraordinarily successful restaurants & bars, on both a national and international scale. Chef Mendin has a thoughtful approach when it comes to dinnertime. He believes a meal should be a time when we bond with friends and family, where the conversation naturally flows and great pleasure is taken in one another’s company, and so he serves his food to the center of the table, family style, to create an experience that is shared and appreciated together.
