Juliana Gonzalez is a fan of infusing spice into her dishes and creates tapas that are rich & bold in flavor and beautifully plated. The Puerto Rican born chef has got the art of social and dinner time down to a fine art, creating an experience at her Sunset Harbour restaurant that makes it one of the trendiest venues in the neighborhood. She has accumulated a collection of loyal locals who greatly admire her technique of blending typical Spanish Mediterranean tastes with a collection of international flavors, such as Middle Eastern and Asian. Serving her food family style, to the center of table, Chef Gonzalez’s venue is a fantastic social experience, not just a gastronomic one.
