WYNWOOD — Local non-profit Common Threads, which provides cooking and nutrition programming for low-income students, is hosting a happy hour on April 6 to raise funds for its Miami programs at GK Bistronomie. DOWNTOWN MIAMI — Tonight watch the Wildcats take on the Tar Heels in NCAA Championship in the most Miami way possible, at a strip club. That’s right, The Rooftop at E11EVEN will host a viewing party featuring a 16-ft LED screen along with beer and wing specials all night long. [EaterWire]

 

UPPER EAST SIDE — Michelle Bernstein’s namesake restaurant Michy’s, which is better known as Cena by Michy nowadays, is celebrating a decade in the biz with a special anniversary “ alumni” dinner this Wednesday at 7 p.m. Special guest chefs Lindsay Autry, Timon Balloo, Jason Schaan, Berenice de Araujo and Sarah Sipe will help create a five-course dinner paired with wines by former Michy’s sommelier Allegra Angelo.  Even Julio Cabrera, the man behind the cocktails at Bernstein’s Sra.
