From Atlanta to Miami. Ford Fry, multi-award winning (Esquire and Condé Nast Traveller), Houston born chef will be packing his culinary talents, to fly down the East coast of sunny Florida. With an extraordinary restaurant resume; the Optimist, No. 246, King + Duke, St. Cecelia … the list could go on! Ford Fry will be in town for one night only.
The Texan chef will be setting up base in Pubbelly, Miami Beach , joining forces with 4 time James Beard nominated Chef José Mendin. The creative culinary duo will be serving up a delicious 4 course family tasting menu at Pubbelly on the evening of Thursday February 25th.
With two seatings, 6:30pm and 9:30pm, the Ford Fry and Pubbelly collaboration will be a fun and social evening. Full of fantastic food, great drinks and tons of laughter, the dining area will be designed to seat guests along 3 long communal tables.
